Real Food PantryDescription: Want to reduce processed and packaged foods from your kitchen but don’t know where to start? This is the workshop for you. In this workshop you will learn practical tips to remove packaged foods from your pantry and fridge and replace them with nutritional foods designed to nourish our bodies.

Delivery: 2 hour workshop + Co-op shopping time afterwards

Cost: $35 per participant

Inclusions: In this workshop, we tour the Co-op to provide you with advice on how you can start replacing processed and packaged ingredients from your cupboard with more wholesome bulk ingredients for improved health and wellbeing. We take the guess work out of creating a functional real food pantry by providing practical advice on what you will need to organise your pantry, how to shop for real food ingredients (where to look for these ingredients and how to read food labelling, to spot the imposters), we talk basic supplies for your pantry and how much they will cost (compared to packaged options) and provide you with some helpful recipes using real food ingredients to get you into the swing of your new pantry staples.

The workshop is designed to empower you to make whatever changes, small or large, required for you to nourish yourself and your family using real food, following simple and practical advice.
